Can I request a commission?

Absolutely! If you check out my commission page all the information is there.

What are your frames made of?

All original paintings come framed in Tasmanian Oak, and all prints that have been chosen to come framed are in flooded gum. 

The current Flooded gum supply is FSC Certified which means it meets the Forestry Stewardship Council’s ‘Gold Standard’ for ethical and sustainable timber production.

Flooded gum is still light in colour but slightly warmer than Oak.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All prints are custom made to order. Rolled Prints will be sent in a mailing tube. Framed canvas prints are boxed in high quality cardboard before being sent via courier to you.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for framed prints and original paintings to be dispatched. 

International packages are a bit outside of my control. Border duties and handling fees may be charged by other countries and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

What if my artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service, domestically or internationally and we are not liable for any damage incurred post delivery. We work hard to package each order with care and love in sturdy packaging so that it arrives to you undamaged, care should also be taken when handling your new artwork if it requires framing or stretching.

That being said please reach out with kindness if something goes wrong with your beautiful artwork I will do what I can to help with the issue. 

If a print or original arrives damaged in transit reach out! We will happily deal with this as a case by case basis with individual collectors who are able to provide details and documentation of damage. You may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service but we can cross that bridge if it occurs.  

Not delivered/Lost/Stolen. If your package is marked as delivered but is no where to be found please check your confirmation email to ensure that you entered the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any order if this has been incorrectly entered. This does happen and if the package is returned we are more than happy to forward it on to the correct address however you will be asked to cover postage. If the address is correct and you believe it has been lost stolen or you missed the delivery you must contact the shipping company personally. If you need any help please reach out. 

I ordered but am unhappy with the colours in my space.

Please check the colours on multiple screens if you are concerned about colour variations, I do my best to correctly represent the colours and tones in my work accurately, but different screens are sometimes configured to display colours slightly differently, so there may be some variation.
