Since becoming a mother, Jade’s style has evolved to flow gently through her intuition as an artist. Finding happiness in everyday moments, she explores the way colours intermingle in nature, each hue dancing with the next in a way that makes you feel something. There are no rules. No expectations. Just pure joy in the form of colour on canvas.

JADE’S ART STORY
Jade Carnell is an Australian artist and abstract painter who is innately drawn to the joyful expression of colour.
Her abstract style is derived from an intuitive flow of paint to canvas, creating divine colour stories through her composition of soft lines and bold strokes which are loosely inspired by the colour palette and organic shapes of nature.
The playful juxtapositions of colour that distinguish her work are an ode to the ideals of creative freedom that inform her practice. Her creations delight in the use of colour without bounds.
